I have been a fan of Edward Burtynsky and his use of high point-of-view and scale to look at human impacts on the landscape since I saw his mind-bending series on Australian mines. His latest show is at on Flowers Gallery in London which shows his latest work on Salt Pans in India where he uses drone photography to capture a high angle to capture the geometric shapes and bold colours.

You can also read an interesting interview on the Guardian website with the photographer himself and explore some of his older works on Edward Burtynsky’s website.
